Our order process

At RWC Design, we aim to make the process of ordering your custom design as simple as possible. Whether you require a helmet design, kart graphics, vehicle livery, racewear or branding, we guide you through every step to achieve a professional and cohesive result.

We focus purely on delivering high-quality design services, while supporting you throughout the process and ensuring your artwork is ready for production.

1. Initial Enquiry

Every project begins with an enquiry. Contact us via email, phone or social media, outlining the service you require along with your design brief and requirements.

You can come to us with a clear vision or give us the creative freedom to develop ideas for you.

Your brief can include (but is not limited to):

-Colours

-Design styles

-Design elements (patterns, tribals, shapes etc.)

-Special effects (matte, chrome, glitterflake etc.)

-Budget

-Sponsor logos and requirements

-Branding elements (for team identity)

2. Design Brief & Planning

Once your enquiry is received, we review your requirements and work closely with you to plan your design.

We ensure your team identity, branding and colour scheme are aligned to create a consistent and professional look across your helmet, kart, car or racewear.

3. Quotation & Order Confirmation

After discussing your requirements, we provide a quotation along with an estimated delivery timeline.

Once approved, your project is confirmed and an invoice is issued. Payment is required upfront to secure your design slot.

4. Concept Design Creation

Initial concept designs are created based on your brief and ideas.

You can either bring your own concepts or allow us to develop creative solutions that best represent your brand and stand out on track.

5. Design Presentation & Feedback

The concept design is sent to you for review, feedback and further discussion.

-Helmet designs typically begin with a side view, with additional views completed after approval

-Vehicle liveries are presented from multiple angles (front, sides, rear and top depending on the vehicle)

The design evolves through collaboration to achieve the best possible result.

6. Revisions & Development

Following your feedback, revisions are made and additional views are created.

Each stage of the design is developed and refined with your input until everything meets your expectations.

7. Final Checks & Approval

Before finalising the artwork, we carry out final checks to ensure everything is correct.

We ask you to confirm details such as:

-Spelling

-Colours

-Sponsor placements

-Overall design accuracy

This ensures the finished design is exactly as intended before sign-off.

8. Final Artwork Delivery

Once approved, all final artwork files are prepared and delivered.

These files are production-ready and include all necessary specifications, ensuring your design can be accurately applied using paint, vinyl or print.
